In the search for an out of the ordinary experience, it was combined one of the finest grapes in the world, Salnés Valley albarino grape, with one of the highest quality sparkling wine production processes, the Champenoise method. This combination results in the elegant bubbles of Brut Nature Nai, erupting after 12 to 15 tranquil months of horizontal storage for its second fermentation.

Brut Nai is an invitation to discover how complex the albarino grape can be on the nose while having a good balance between sugar and acidity on the palate. The handsome design of the bottle perfectly conveys the elegance of its bubbles.

This sparkling wine is the perfect choice to delight in the joy of sharing when you are feeling in harmony.

THE APPEARANCE

Small, persistent bubbles. Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.

THE NOSE

Dominated by the varietal notes of Salnés Valley albarino, it leaves a pastry impression due to the horizontal storage period. Medium intensity.

THE PALATE

The fantastic balance between sugar and acidity makes it a highly enveloping wine with a long aftertaste.

Nai sparkling wine is produced with 100% albarino grape from the Salnés Valley, carefully handpicked in 16 kg boxes.

Wine production

Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16oC for 21 days in stainless steel tanks.

Maturation

Then come cross flow filtration and tirage, with a horizontal storage period of at least 12 to 15 months, followed by disgorgement, labelling and bottling.
