Grape Petit Verdot

Petit Verdot or also known as Petit Verdau or Verdot, is a red varietal traditionally linked to the Bordeaux area.

It is an early budding grape therefore susceptible to spring rain or frosts and with late ripening, so it can receive high temperatures in much of the summer. If it weren't for the skin that she has and that we described earlier, she wouldn't be able to withstand those climatic changes.

They make very personal and exclusive wines with a high tannin content, intense on the nose and on the palate, with interesting fruit contributions. In addition, if it goes through the barrel, it is a wine that perfectly matches the spicy contributions of the wood.
